MARK K. HARMAN
Born and raised in East Texas, Mark spent his youth hunting and fishing with his dad and acquired an intense passion and appreciation for wildlife and the land. Mark obtained his real estate license after working as a petroleum landman.
Being weary of the hustle and bustle of the sprawling city life in the Dallas area for 14 years, Mark and his wife Pam craved a peaceful country life amidst the backdrop of the Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg where they currently reside.
Mark is a devoted Texan who has a love affair with our great state which he often refers to as ‘The Alamo of America’. He always brings his “A-Game” -- professionalism, relentless drive and the inside track on ranch properties. Working with Mark is fun, fluid, and educational from start to finish.

JEREMY N. LACY, CFA
Jeremy, an avid outdoorsman, is always eager to jump in the truck and ride a property. He is always observant, pointing out wildlife and making keen remarks on the shape and nature of a property. He joined Anders Realty to further expand the firm’s geographic scope and coverage using his professional experience in commercial real estate valuation & finance as well as his background in wildlife ecology, range management, and forestry.
Prior to joining the Anders team, Jeremy was with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group within their valuation practice from 2003 to 2006 based in Houston. In 2005, Jeremy began to take an active role in further developing C&W’s valuation and consulting platform in Mexico & Latin America and in mid-2006, he relocated to C&W’s Monterrey, Mexico office on a full-time basis.
Jeremy completed a Master of Science degree in finance at Texas A&M University and the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo, Norway where he was a Mitsui USA scholar. He is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute.
