WATER WELLS - Water is supplied by a 150 GPM drilled in the 1950s (no well report available), which is pumped, then stored in a 30,000-gallon underground cistern that sits underneath the back patio of the main residence. Water from this well is also used by a neighboring tract via a Water Well Agreement filed on public record. This neighboring tract sits on the west side of RR 965 and was at one time a part of Enchanted Rock Ranch. A new water well, located in the same vicinity was drilled in June 2016. The well was drilled to a depth of 300’, hitting water at 72’ with a yield of 60 GPM. This well is capped and not in use.
